Specifically designed for the food and beverage industries, Valco Melton's EcoStitch gun is an evolutionary solution for electric hot melt application. Based on precise adhesivedispensing control, it produces accurate adhesive dot patterns and reduces adhesive use by 75%. Its electric valve can operate at extremely high speeds, reaching up to 15,000 cycles per minute, and producing dots as small as 1mm in diameter. Since this electric technology requires less consumable wear parts, downtime associated with valve failures and repairs are significantly reduced.

The Kube melt on-demand system improves production efficiency by promoting adhesive stability and eliminating degradation problems. This melter features an enclosed system with an integrated auto-feed option that keeps out dirt and debris, reducing plugged nozzles and maintenance while promoting a safer work environment.
